Gilbert E. and Gilbert F. Bortone (father and son) established B & G Air Conditioning & Heating in 1961. In 1985 a third, generation entered the family business.
In addition to installing mechanics and service technicians, B & G Air Conditioning & Heating also has a fabrication shop, which allows us to design and fabricate custom ductwork.
B & G Air Conditioning & Heating maintains vehicle, liability and worker’s compensation insurance at all times.
At B & G Air Conditioning & Heating, we understand that your heating and air conditioning system is more than a mere convenience. Anyone who has experienced a system failure knows how uncomfortable and frustrating it can be.
B & G Air Conditioning & Heating does not try to “up sell” the customer on unnecessary expensive accessories that can be added to a heating & air conditioning system. We listen to what the customer wants the system to achieve and start at with the basic system, then if the customer would like options to upgrade the system we provide them. People come back to us because they appreciated our honesty and non-aggressive sales approach. Talking with us about HVAC projects is like talking with a neighbor or friend.
B & G Air Conditioning & Heating customers who require emergency service can speak with our on call customer service representative at night, on weekends and on holidays. Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and provide 24 hour emergency services. Our after hours on call reps are NOT “answering service” people who just take your name and number. They are full time employees of B & G Air Conditioning & Heating who work in the trade, can set up appointments and try to help the customer correct the problem him or herself with simple solutions thus saving the customer the expense of a service call.
